Hypnotherapy

“I discovered Charan via the “Life Between Lives” website in the early autumn of 2006. Two years prior to this I had been ill with a lethal bacterial infection and had spend many weeks in the Intensive Care Unit. The illness left me with both physical and mental damage, and getting back to even a semblance of ‘normality’ has been a struggle. Stop smoking

I went to Charan four months ago for hypnosis as I had had a twenty a day smoking habit for 18 years. I decided to stop smoking as I was starting to suffer from a bad chest, plus my wife was becoming very worried and upset about the effect of cigarettes on my health. Since the treatment I have not smoked at all, and can even manage to still enjoy going to smoking pubs and not get tempted ! Advanced Sound Wave Energy

This is one of my best treatments, as I feel like I completely go into zone zero, not asleep, but to a state where there is just silence. Emotional Freedom Technique

I had failed my driving test 3 times not because I didn’t know how to drive, but because when it came to the day of the test, I was so nervous, and things just went wrong for that reason. I had two EFT sessions, before I went for my last test, and I PASSED! I didn’t believe it would but it did! When I sat waiting to be called by the instructor, my body was relaxed but alert, and I didn’t have all the thoughts that I used to have. I was able to perform the driving test with confidence, and without the nervousness! It was amazing! With EFT, we had pinpointed all the issues (even issues that I wasn’t even aware were there but came out as a result of the tapping), and eliminated them. So it was like going to the driving test with a clean slate. So with confidence and calmness! I am now hooked on EFT, it is a miraculous tool, and I tell everyone about it!
